Transparancy is the new black: Bon Appétit.

This Asian restaurant in Paris offered a look into their kitchen by hanging a tv screen in front of their window. With a Dutch saying we say: “Een kijkje in de keuken”, which means being open and transparant.

The message of this restaurant is probably: “No rats in this kitchen!” I thought that it was amusing and definitely a simple and innovative differentiator from competing restaurants. The picture might be hard to read due to all reflection, but in the middle is the tv screen and underneath sits the person looking at the picture menu of the restaurant.

Bon Appétit.
