Nice picture! I’m wondering what your opinion is about leadership in the right one.
I had a nice discussion with a colleague about an new executive development course concerning Leadership and Complexity. The question of our customers: how do I attain more influence, more impact, better strategic vision, etc. in a complex environment. My opinion is that it would make things even more complex if everybody would try to get more influence. I’ve seen enough complex meetings where EGO was above ECO…:)
